Located a 3-minute walk from the sand beach, 12 mi from Bastia, Hôtel-Restaurant Les Chasseurs features a large garden and an on-site pizzeria and bar. Guests can enjoy the mountain and sea views of the property. Rooms at the hotel are air-conditioned and have a TV. The private bathrooms have a shower, toilet and free toiletries. Pros +
- Breakfast was ok, but no choice really. The fresh orange juice was great!. Very nice English speaking member of staff, Sandrine, giving tips and ideas what to see. Thank you!
- Friendly staff, great view, big room, amazing beach across the road
- We had dinner at their restaurant which was very good. The place is close to the beach. Very quiet at night, nice garden setting.
Cons -
- Nothing. There was not much atmosphere at the hotel at the time we stayed there as it was very quiet, but this is not the hotel's fault as the season is only starting now. I think with more guests in the summer the hotel will open up various other areas/bar/pizza oven and will offer a more lively atmosphere.
- Pool is big but not heated so was cold
- We arrived at 3.30 pm just to see a sign that reception opens at 4.30 pm only. This is not a big problem but a quick message upfront would have been nice since they state check in starts at 2pm.
