The staff was helpful when needed.

first the door key would not work properly we had to get three different sets of keys then the staff had to come up to get us in the room with even newer keys , second the lights were going off by themselves like it had a short wire. thrid the sliding Door for the balcony would not lock i had to call the staff to the room again while they played with the lock . Also i did not plan to stay there that night anyway it was it was the 23 to the 24 .... no i should had been the 24 to the 25 so when i got the they said i didnt have a room and i had to pay twice .... my ladies birthday was the 25th

Breakfast was ok.

That there's really only coffee and muffins for breakfast. I would like waffles and sausage. More of a variety of things to eat.

I had to inform the manager that the chair had broke which hopefully they repaired it or replaced the chair

When I arrived they said my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge my card and it declined when I thought that I was not going to have to pay until I got to the property because I booked on booking.com so then what happened was they charged me more than what I was originally supposed to pay and they switched me from one room to a different room the next day and the room was okay but then when I was sitting in the chair in that room that's when that chair broke which that room was fairly okay it was like a balcony
