The location! It is close to walk to anything and everything you could possibly need without having to take a cab. Bus stop for airport flyer is right beside hotel.
DIRTY! This place had a thick layer of dust all over everything. It made it hard to sleep or breathe properly. Rooms are misrepresented in photos. Nothing is updated. Toilet wasn¿t secured to the floor. Bed so uncomfortable no sleep. The noise was bad.

Pool would have been a nice area to use if the noise from building site working next door hadn¿t been so loud!
On arrival the staff weren¿t v helpful- We had a v LOUD air conditioning unit in the window with a stranded lamp that kept flashing. After complaining the hotel maintenance man came in- replaced the lamp, turned of the air conditioning unit fix!

Loved this hotel. I¿ve been to Miami several times. Great location. A quick walk to the beach and main attractions. Free happy hour was the best part. The bar food was good & reasonably priced. I traveled with a friend, the room was great. Pool area nice
They did not have a microwave but that¿s a small thing .

The front desk folks were very helpful. The morning crew for breakfast out front of the hotel were definitely excellence. Pool personnel very helpful and the area was very clean. Happy hour could be little longer, alone with the gate staying open longe
In room 806 the ceil had water leak.

It was on the beach but we got there late so we didn't get to enjoy it. Plus they close there outdoor area at 8 pm.
It was very noisy and having to be up at 4 am to catch a flight made it hard to get rest. They played music till 12 at night. They played the same drum beat over and over. Very annoying. Pluse they charged an extra $78 for who knows what.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to plenty of restaurants, gift shops, liquor stores and walgreens/CVS. My flight landed at 9am and I was able to check in before noon! The complimentary happy hour us also awesome!
The walls are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING! It sounded like the windows were open. You could hear everything from outside in the street and everything in the hotel hallways. The pillows on the bed are small like accent pillows. Bathroom is so small.

Great location, good service.
They close the area leading to the beach between 8pm and 8am, and closed it once for a private event, then one time my card didn't work between 8am-8pm and I had to jump the fence. The reason we chose this hotel was for access to the beach.

The energy was so vibrant, welcoming, and the staff was super friendly! Food was good, location was great, and room was clean! The ¿Backyard¿ has such an amazing vibe! I loved this place!!
The room lighting could¿ve been less dimmed. Other than that the room was clean and very comfortable!

This hotel is exactly like the the photos, and the staff was so helpful. The best hotel I've stayed at in a while.
The view from the balcony wasn't what I expected but I still got some good photos.

Location was good
I didnt like the $31 a night parking [Link Redacted] you have to park yourself in a lot 2 blocks down. Theres only about 20 spaces to park at their sister hotel.dangerous for a woman by herself.
