I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone! It's definitely worth every penny.From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The valet staff were incredibly efficient, quick, and friendly. The lobby team was equally impressive - warm, welcoming, and truly made me feel at home.I actually booked this hotel last minute due to an unexpected issue with my original reservation, and I couldn't be happier that things worked out this way. What a pleasant surprise!The room exceeded all my expectations - spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was such a relief. Everything about the accommodations was top-notch.The entire staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that made this stay truly memorable. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Five stars all around!

Pleasant and very helpful staff. The room was very spacious and well equipped. I think the value for money is quite proportional. Recommend!
A slight problem with cleanliness in the bathroom and a poor view from the window, which overlooked the loud air conditioners.

Sasha was awesome. She was very professional and nice, she made us feel very welcome. The staff at the American Kitchen restaurant was very nice. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean. We were very satisfied. We will return.

The front desk ladies are amicable. They accommodated us with a simple request and that was very kind of them. The room itself is very spacious and the beds are comfortable too.
The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner.

I love the location. The rooms' cleanliness was very good, and the restaurant's food quality was very good as well. The valet service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very professional.
My only issue is that I forgot my Ray-Ban sunglasses in the room. I am sure that I left them there, specifically on the bed. I called the front desk to check with housekeeping, but they said they had not found them.
