The rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff were amazing and so helpful even when loosing a key in the early hours. It was quiet and the view was lovely too.

We liked the beds, main hall, furniture, location, cleanliness of the room and service. The renovation of the room is done poorly. We also had issues with the toilet not flushing, but service came more or less quickly for the after hours time.Warm complimentary cookies were a nice touch and we would recommend the hotel to others or choose it again. Water pressure in the shower was good.
Close to $60 for parking is a bit expensive, but I don’t know the parking prices in the area. Renovations (quality of tile laying, painting, cocking and bathroom hardware) is not up to par with the hotel’s overall presentation.

Very friendly staff? Great location and clean facilities. Used the pool and the beach. Both exceptional.The front desk was wonderful. I wish I got her name. Warm cookies and water on arrival. Upgraded us to an ocean room. Free bike rental, 2 drinks and towels. What more could you ask for

Found walking over to Marina side of hotel was confusing & having to walk up & down steps with luggage.

People/staff are friendly and service oriented. Beach is nearby. Comfortable bed.
The horrific loud music until 2am from a nearby club. Initially, we were in the marina building, first floor. The reverberation from the loud bass music was so disturbing, we were moved to the 9th floor tower where we could still hear the bass. Suggest to front desk to ask customers if they are noise sensitive and if so, assign an East side room on a high floor. The shower water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold every 10 seconds.

The location was excellent. Although I didn’t visit the beach, it was close by, and the water taxi stop was conveniently located right nearby.
The hotel is quite dated. The bathroom appeared worn and unclean, and it took a very long time for the bathtub to fill with hot water.
