Location is the best and the staff is very courteous.

Staying in the same room for seven nights and not having housekeeping cleaning the room once. I believe that at least every two or three days housekeeping should be perform.

The check in process was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly. The room was large and had everything we needed. We loved the river view and you can't beat the location.

We¿ve stayed here several times and will several more. It¿s older and far from fancy, but the rooms are spacious, clean and convenient. Donna is the best!

I understand why they¿ve not brought back daily room cleaning, but after a few nights things need freshened up.

The rooms were big, the location was perfect, and it was a pleasant surprise for our room to have a balcony.

If I have no complaints at all. The places that play music loud may not be for everyone but we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the festivities. It is an older place, but well maintained and perfect for a family.

We were astonished that this was a 3.5 star hotel. Outdated, wifi didn't work, outlets were limited and loose, few toiletries. Limited parking up steep hill (mountain?). If the hotel had been 2 stars, we might have thought it was ok.

We were so impressed. HUGE room, incredibly clean . AMAZING STAFF. The best location imaginable .

Tiny ant problem. Nothing major, I could deal with it. But they were all over the table. I killed them as I saw them, so it never became a big issue for us.

The staff sent me daily texts to ask if we needed something. When we did, they were extremely prompt in getting what we need. The room was HUGE. Two queen room and loved the balcony as did our dog. We were walking distance to Parkway, where most things r.
