Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

The location is great and near most everything. I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was nice too. Showers were great in the room.

I thought overall the hotel is great. However it is looking dated and could use an upgrade somewhat. I noticed the carpets in the halls are looking worn. The gym could also have a little more equipment, but I had a good workout the days I was there.

The room is spacious and clean. Room had a comfortable bath. Parking is free and there are many available spaces.

When I stayed there were water outages. Also, shuttle didn't picked up passengers at the scheduled time at the park.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Resort is clean and very kids friendly.

The lobby and amenities were great. The housekeeping was so nice and helpful whenever I encountered them. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the again, the housekeeping ladies and man were above and beyond kind. The front desk had towels delivered to my room within 15 minutes at about 11:30pm. This is also a very good location. Great discount Disney store next door and little over 10 minutes to Disney. The pool area was very beautiful. I love all of the tropical plants around the outside of the hotel as well.

The elevators may possibly need maintenance. Mildew on ceiling in bathroom probably due to no fan. There was no mildew odor or anything. Also a dirty stain under toilet bowl which I didn’t notice until wiping water off of the floor.

The location is wonderful and it offers alot!

The comfort and cleanliness of the room and entire facility. Staff was very friendly, and the rates were very accommodating. Did not experience everything that they had to offer, but I enjoyed everything that I did experience.

No complaints

Location was good. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly, but most were international and very hard to understand. We had gift card and no one knew how to use them. And we were told the were non sufficient funding.

I had to pay for breakfast although my booking was supposed to include free breakfast. IF YOU BOOK THIS AMENITY MAKE SURE TO CHECK and screen shot your booking!!!! I believe it was changed at the property. After paying 56.00 for 3 adults. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. The grounds were ok, a lot of trash in grass and in walkways. Only two handicap places in the North Tower side( we do have a placard). Heavy smell of marijuana everywhere. I guess it didn’t bother the staff. The pools are small for the size of the property. Hot-tub only was available one day of my stay. (Out of order) And children had been using it. Not very sanitary (if you know what I mean)
