Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good - close to beach and UBC.
Don't recommend in summer. Room was super hot. No AC or even fans. Sweated all night, as did the other 16 people in room, so 'locker room' smell was strong. Bed was close to door and lock was super loud and woke me up constantly even with earplugs.
