They charged the pet deposit they said was refundable, and they charged us double the amount that we were told we were going to be paying. The freezer was completely frosted over and broken, the towel holder in the bathroom busted and the water weak.

I have stayed there before and never been treated this badly. I even paid the girl an extra $60 to get wristbands for my friends and their kids to swim. Cleaned the room b4 we left, left a tip on the tv stand etc. we spent a lot of money in the pub area.

Comfortable rooms! Awesome water park for our little kids, they had a blast!

Beds were comfortable. I like that the mirror and sink are outside of the bathroom.

The pillows were bad. I wish they would have had some eggs and meat for choices for breakfast. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar weren't open either night that we were there. We were very disappointed in the noise from the construction going on tearing things up in the room right on the other side of our wall early in the a.m.

The water park and game room

Spider webs and spiders in the corners of the room. Tv did not work the 6 days we were there. No cleaning had to empty own trash daily and get our own towels. For 160 a night, I was very disappointed.

Tastefully built & decorated with north woods theme throughout. Wow factor upon entering high-ceilinged, lodge style lobby centered around fireplace with many comfortable seating areas. Well stocked gift & convenient shop with treats, clothing, swimwear & more. Awesome, large arcade area. Variety in multiple pool areas, in and outdoor suited children & adults. Beautiful setting from curb appeal to looking out back into wooded area. Staff was extremely personable & helpful.

Waterpark was nice

Asked for an early check in 3 days prior to arrival and still wasn’t able to check in early, there was food stuck on the comforter on the bed and blood stains on the sheets on the other bed, there was also toilet paper left behind the toilet in the bathroom

loved pool and water areas. Room was spacious

sofa in room was dirty and shabby. not enough tables in lobby for breakfast

it was clean and comfortable and had the best hot tub ever 

water park, grassy area for kids and dogs to run and play, free breakfast, log cabin rustic look, comfy beds, dog friendly,

arcade was a rip off as half of the games took your money but were broke! pool was [Link Redacted] better selection of food/in breakfast buffet .
