- Outside of hotel should be cleaned up. Overall appearance outside makes hotel look shabby. Spider webs in entrance ways, and rough parking lot takes away from the appearances inside.
- No breakfast included, no room service available, restaurant and bar had very limited hrs, distance from Montreal is NOT 20 min away unless you are teleporting. No shuttle service, ended up on the bus for 45 minutes to try to get to the metro station.
