- The staff were friendly an understanding in our situation. As we were in a accident an got stranded far from home. With last minute booking an they let us have late check out as we were waiting for someone to come get us to go home.

- They denied me a room due to my ESA's despite me having the proper paperwork. I did not stay in the hotel and they still charged me for the room.

Fitness centre was not up to standard. All treadmills and elliptical were out of order.
