- My room had broken glass all in the washroom, multiple people tried to get into my room, I could not sleep as the door would not properly stay locked, overall I did not feel safe whatsoever and I wish I could get a refund.
- Booked a smoking room, got a nonsmoking room. When complained manager told me "we dont give smoking rooms to respectable people", and didn't seem to care I was upset, or want to hear what I had to say, or offer a solution.

The location

Nothing at all
Awful. Dirty. Nasty. Rooms smell disgusting and they smell like smoke, even if they are non smoking rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets. The bathtub wasn't stable. I could, I would give it 0 stars. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
