- Location, friendly staff, substantial breakfast, pool, parking, price
- The price & the room space
- Location. We were able to walk around clifton hill and to see the falls. Hotel older but remodeled.
Cons -
- The light in the bathroom wouldn’t stay on!
- The room cleanliness was just okay—it could have been better; the A/C filters were disgusting and the hallways smelled bad. For the price, I think they could make a bit more of an effort.
- There is a separate parking fee. Breakfast is in tiny room in basement. No room to move in there and it was hot so we opted to eat elsewhere.

The price & the room space

I didn?t stayed there. Drug addicts were staying there. Environment is not good for family.
