- I called ahead to hotel directly to ask about pool, minutes before booking online & arriving in person. The hot tub was closed and no one said anything even thou I had just called inquiring. The duvet on the bed had a rip in it, the sheets had rip. no

- Room smelled like wet/dirty socks. Found out it was a pet room, I didn’t have a pet. For almost $--- for 5 nights I wasn’t impressed.

See above. Also the breakfast was poor, one kind of muffin bran muffin. No meat (no bacon or sausage etc) ran out bc if eggs. Few fruits. Its a busy week in Brandon and they should have been prepared. Woman in food area very kind&appologetic
