Pros +
- Excellent location, 3 minutes from Sherbrooke and central downtown Montreal. Old Montreal Golden Mile location in a venerable house with lots of fix-up ongoing. We could have paid $--- per night at a nearby hotel and had better carpets.
- Cozy hotel in a convenient location. Easy walking distance to many sights and close to the Peel metro station.
- The staff was amazing.. charming building in a cute neighborhood.
Cons -
- Worn carpets were not a big problem, we happily accepted that for the lower price, good service, available parking for $30/day and helpful staff
- Needed more pillos and towels but otherwise was fine.
- Not necessarily bad about hotel, just parking in general. If traveling with a car, the hotel has 2 spots that can be reserved for 30$ per night. However, they go quick so call ahead!

Nice rooms, great location. Cafe below was convenient and had nice drinks.
Hand towels / face towels missing but other than that it was great.
