- Good location
- I really loved that it was in the rainbow district. Very accessible to everything. Metro is literaly 30 seconds away, that is the grocery and the subway! Loved the staff, they brought my luggage to my room before I even asked! Thank you so much.
- Very well and centrally located. They have done some upgrades to rooms like the TV's, A/C, bathrooms, etc. Staff was friendly. Despite being old and a urban style rooming hotel the room and bathroom was very clean.
Cons -
- Drinking water not available in 3 star hotels
- If you don't like stairs and noise, this isn't the place for you. It's on top of a club and also smells kind of funky but honestly, for a 3 star hotel in one of the oldest buildings around... I loved it!
- Absolutely zero parking at hotel or ANYWHERE around, for any distance. Do not come if you have a vehicle. I parked a mile away and still was ticketed. It's an old urban style rooming hotel. Felt a bit sketchy. Have to be buzzed in. Mattress wasn't great.
