- We arrived late yet the front desk guy was super gracious. He hooked us up with a kettle and told us the water boiler had been down but had just been repaired and was working.
- Staff very friendly, discounts at the restaurant and pub, very reasonable parking fee.
- Location and friendly helpful staff

- The room was damp with a strong smell of mildew + perhaps an air freshener to cover smoking in the room. Unfortunately, the boiler repair did not seem to last because there was no hot water in the morning.
- No mattress pad, protector, or pillow topper… just a sheet over the mattress. Mattress really hard. Bathroom floor not swept,
