Pros +
- The location (beach is across the road), the room (modern, clean), the restaurant (outside patio, good food), and the staff (very helpful -- e.g. alerted us to the fact there is a road closure every hour on the highway to Tofino).
- A welcoming and efficient staff --and a GREAT studio suite for a family of four.
- Well designed, clean, friendly staff, good food in on site restaurant.
Cons -
- Strangely, there is only one hook for towels (in Room 102 at least), yet we had two queen beds with the possibility of 4 people using towels.
- nothing not to like.
- There was a bit of a funny smell in our room. We asked to be moved to an upper floor and we're going to be charged an additional 30+ dollars.
