Pros +
- - restaurant of the hotel is probably the best in the area, don't miss a chance to get a table there for dinner- hotel staff is very welcoming and pay every attention to meet your expectations - parking on site is spacious and very convenient
- Located in a beautiful Vosges hill town not far from Kaysersberg, this hotel offers rustic charm with an excellent restaurant. While rooms are dated, they are clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our dinner (get the trout!) and staff is so friendly. Parking on-site.
- Very nice staff, excellent restaurant, nice room
Cons -
- the water pressure from the shower could have been better
- We had a room towards the street which was a shame as it's a very quiet location. The beds are very narrow. There are no restaurants that can be reached on foot in the evening, which wasn't a problem for us because we reserved a table every evening in the hotel restaurant, but it may be something to take into consideration.
- There were just a few minor aspects that could be improved. For instance, our headboard wasn't securely fastened to the bed and made a ticking sound every time we turned over (we simply placed it to the side to address the issue). Additionally, having a few more light sources in the room would enhance the evening ambiance.

The Hotel was ideal for our stay as we visitied Saint Marie aux Mines for a Gem and Mineral Exhibition. The staff were all very friendly and the Restaurant is excellent. The breakfast was also excellent using local products. The cheese was especially good.

Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly as were the staff who served us in the restaurant, excellent hospitality skills Food was excellent also. We also liked the room they gave us which was warm and clean with a TV and had a nice en suite.
Many thanks to Guillaume BALDINGER for his sensitivity towards us, a lot of patience in communicating with us, and above all a lot of availability.
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made every effort to communicate with us in English. Our room was not only spacious but also clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered delicious food. As we came for walking and running, the hotel proved to be the perfect starting point for our activities. Moreover, we were thrilled to find that our two dogs were warmly welcomed and accommodated. Overall, our stay was fantastic!

The staff was very accommodating as I arrived at the hotel just as the restaurant was closing because I had not accounted for the time difference. The waiter arranged for a lovely meal to be put together for me. Thank you.
I fail to think of anything.
staff kind and supportive fantastic location in one of the most typical and nice village in als
too much dust on the “old”forniture + moquette and curtains
comfortable accommodation, good food
The food is not as good as it used to be and the wine list, which used to be sensational, isn’t any more.
Good location, excellent dinner, good brekfast, good service, enough parking places.
Everything was good.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices and great meats and breads
Mattress
Nice place, nice restaurant, very friendly stuff
Mattress was too soft
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a family feel to the whole hotel. Varied and ample breakfast and a good restaurant at the premises.
Our room happened to be on the side facing a 'noisy' little river, but that's part of its natural charm. :)
It’s easy, kind people
