Pros +
- Our room was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tubs were great. The mini village was awesome. Steps away from the mountain.
- The space, the decor, the bed, the bathroom, the kitchen, everything. Also, they kindly upgraded us for free (I think) to a one-bedroom, so really a wonderful experience
- I Like the setting of the hotel and being away from town. The Staff was prepared regarding COVID-19 and followed strict protocols to ensure hygiene and safety.
Cons -
- Not enough chairs on the pool deck.
- The parking lot, landscaping around the hotel is kinda ugly. I also think that, for the price we paid, at least one complimentary gondola ticket should be included. Was kind of odd the TV stations did not include CNN or MSNBC but did include Fox.
- For the price, the deluxe room w/ kitchenette felt basic. The stove didn't work well. The resort needs a gen. store. If we needed anything we had to drive back to town. 1/2 price would have been worth it, but poor value for the price. We expected more.

This was a lovely place in a lovely location. Our room was excellent, very, very comfortable, and I regretted not being able to stay more nights! Hotel staff was friendly, Greta experience.
No window screens! It would've been nice to open the windows and sleep with the cool night air, rather than using the AC, but we were warned that it was too buggy, and we'd likely attract a lot of mosquitoes!! Please install window screens and save power!
