Location. Friendly staff. Clean. Had an iron and ironing board. Free breakfast was included.

The breakfast was a little limited for me as I’m vegetarian who eats mostly vegan. Also, I upgraded because the booking app said I’d get a private bathroom, but then I discovered the bathroom was shared between the other private rooms, so that was a bit disappointing.

High CP. Room is quite large and bed with curtains (very private)

The location! Was very close to walk around and know the Chicago city

Some customer services was rude and than We and the others 4 rooms/guest have to share the same restroom and shower! The breakfast was same (cold 🥚 eggs, same cheese, same fruit)

The staff was very kind and helpful and the common area in the 2nd floor was very cool. The room was super spacious, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

The kitchen was very poorly stocked.

My bed wasn’t ready and I had to sleep like that because it was 1am, it looked like someone slept there and nobody changed the sheets again
