Please inform Fasthotel Poitiers Futuroscope of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00. Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive out of these hours. In case of a late arrival, please contact the reception to get the locker number assigned to you, as well as its code, to get the key to your room. This will also be communicated to you by email.
