Fine hotel, clean, spacious, nice pool area, good wife, friendly stuff.

Be aware of hidden transactions. Literally hotel is taking money from your accounts without of your permission. At 3 am, at 5 am, multiple times, when you are sleeping and not being able to react. When i asked personal how that is possible, answer was that they will send back all not spent money. Days after my visit, i still have no idea how much money (outside of payment, authorization, incidentals (100$ per day), was taken from my account and when and if will be refunded). Highly insecure and unprofessional. Super, super, disappointed! This way of handling the things, ruins all the good stuff this hotel has to offer. Pity!!

Car parking is not free. There is no place on walking distance.

I love this hotel; the pool staff is amazing! The breakfast buffet was great, but I was disappointed that they weren't open on Mondays. Also, the hotel restaurants weren't open, and there was limited food service and options available, which was disappointing. However, overall, it remains an amazing hotel with great amenities and a great location.

Parking

Several pools and an adult pool, which were all open to 11:00 PM, which on a vacation is wonderful. There are restaurants in the hotel, and a shop to buy snacks and such.

Hidden fees and the price of parking $$$ 39 is ridiculous, for outdoor parking at that has no free option! I was charged a resort fee twice.

We enjoyed the lazy river and the adult pool and hot tub area. Both were clean. We were able to find places to sit easily. Etc. the staff were very friendly and kind (excluding one front desk associate who was very dismissive of our concerns of not being able to get into our room)

It seemed like there were a lot of issues with digital services. Our digital key didn’t work. Then our actual key cards didn’t work. We had to get them recoded 3 times before we were told to call the front desk. Without any instruction as to how or what number. Finally security came and changed the battery in our door lock. I feel like they should have known it was dying and not given us the run around for 2 hrs. Also lack of information. Not very good signage or directionals. Any time I wanted additional information about services or food etc I had to use google. Not the app or the Hilton website. Tv options were not great. Old films or Disney and very few cable channels. The fridge in our room made the most horrible high pitch whine we had to unplug it. Therefore making it useless to us. And the ac hum practically vibrated the bed. The elevators were closed for half a day because the fire dept “couldn’t find the issue”. The stay was over all just ok for the price especially. I wish it had been better but I’ve definitely had worse.
