- The overall atmosphere and attention to detail
- Great view, awesome pool and rooms nicely decorated. Great facaiaity and with a little polish and great attention to detail could be 5 star again easily.
Cons -
- The staff was more often than not, extremely pleasant and helpful but there was the odd person who felt a bit prickly.
- Food in wine bar and menu needs improvement. Staff training in general areas and restaurants needs fine tuning. Front desk staff at 4 diamond levels. Details .....
