Overall, it was ok.
Breakfast was good. I just wish it was a little earlier. The location is excellent! the front desk person allowed us to park our trailer anywhere we wanted to. That was nice!
The office is not opened 24/7 so if you have an emergency after business hours good luck with getting any one over the phone. Our access card was not working so I called several times the number they have posted on the office door and no one answered.

Convenient for the location, but there’s probably better stays in Montrose.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the location of the Black Canyon.
Could definitely be cleaner. One of the mirrors was broken and the cloth chair smelled like cigarettes/looked like cigarettes were put out on it. There was blue tape on the baseboards I’m assuming to keep it together?? Bathroom floor was so dirty, we kept sandals/socks on and my socks were almost black after walking around the room. Bed was also lumpy and sinking in the middle. Breakfast was okay, but the hard boiled eggs they served were definitely old or had been boiled for at least 4 hours.
