- The beach access is amazing. You can see sea turtles & tons of fish. The pools are great and have swim up bars. The restaurants that need reservations are phenomenal, 10/10. The buffet is still fun because there are so many options.

- My room, smelt moldy, had mold in the closet and there was a leak in our room. They didn't move us they covered up the mold by just cleaning it. They just mopped the floor, it took them 4hrs just to assess the issue. We had to walk a wet slippery floor.
- AC barely worked. Check in was terrible and took three hours. Food was absolutely disgusting. Service would still knock on your doors even if they do not not disturb sign was up. Very limited options for room service which takes forever

Pool and food
