It was close to everything and you could walk to most places. The hotel had complimentary breakfast and Starbucks as well. The room were spacious and clean noise level was a minimum.

The location is perfect. Close to everything.

We had reserved a king room through Bookjng, but when we arrived, only queens were available. Not sure how you can RESERVE a room and then not have it available on arrival. It was very disappointing, but since we had no choice we made the best of it. ALSO, the WiFi is awful! Very hard to stay connected.

The rooms looked unkept. There’s a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, I think it’s the water. We were handed towels that did not look clean at all, they had yellowish and brown stains. The blankets (underneath the covers) were blood stained likely from nose bleeds. If the covers would be sealed or closable it would be fine but they fall off and it’s very horrid to randomly see small blood stains. Staff was nice, rooms big and location great, but that’s about it.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was very clean. Booking didn't put the notes for a crib but I called the front desk and it was sent immediately. The pool area was nice my kids loved it. I can't wait to return for my son's birthday when we can spend more time.

Everything was perfect. Can't wait to return. I didn't like that food can't be delivered to the room.

Every staff member was polite and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities (Starbucks, free breakfast, pool) were all great, the location was perfect and only a 5 minute drive to SeaWorld. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be booking here again soon!

Very clean rooms. The place is well managed with staff always available and security present. All key locked doors in working order. All of the staff were amazing. I've stayed several places in this area this one is now my place. I will be booking here again.

I wished the water features/fountains in the pool worked but that didn't make or break our trip. The pool was still very clean and nice.

Disappointed with no coffee at breakfast. I do not like Starbucks which is all that was offered, and absolutely would not pay additional for it. Thank goodness there is a grocery store near so I could buy my own.

The hotel is in a very good location. It's near almost everything and offers a bus that will take you to different parks in the area. The outdoor pool is pretty nice, not huge but nice. Has an area where you can get food and drinks. It was a little overpriced, so I didn't buy from it. They have a small Starbucks in the lobby area, which was obviously limited due to size but pretty good. The breakfast was good, decent selection.

When we checked in, it took a min. The other receptionist was talking to the guy at the starbucks counter and had to be called over to help the other lady. who had at least 3 families waiting to get checked in so it took a min to check in once we finally got checked in they gave us a room that was being worked on, so we had to go all the way back down stairs and let them know we couldn't stay in the room she gave us. So they gave us the next floor up. Which she said was a better view... of what you ask the parking lot..lol Also The hidden fees and that you have to pay $20 a day for parking. And $50 a day for just in case we make any damages. which was refundable, and the $20 parking was not.The room had a toilet and shower that were separate, which were nice with 3 ppl in the room. I didn't like the doors were glass and not soundproof at all.
