Comfortable and good location

We were greeted by a lovely friendly man who reassured us that they were around 24/7 and there’s security on site. This ended up being more reassuring than I thought because there are some interesting people about, but we felt safe and secure. The place itself was alright. A typical motel vibe, so nothing fancy / interesting. The room itself was perfect, had everything we needed and it was clean. The bed was comfy and there was a tv. My husband found it a little noisy but I didn’t hear anything and I slept really well. Blackout bond blocked the light well too. I can’t say much about the location because we were only there one night. The immediate surroundings don’t look great but not much of Jackson did. However, we had no trouble with anyone, no one bothered us, and we did not feel unsafe in anyway. There also weren’t any concerning people hanging out by the motel. We booked this place because it was reasonably priced and considering what we got I think this is great value for money and I highly recommend it - really appreciated the couple who run it.

The rooms were remodeled and the bed was very comfortable.

The ice machine didn’t work.

Great location, many shopping centers and restaurants close by. and walking distance to the event I was attending.

Only problem were towels, just bring your own. Not enough towels and they were dingy looking you wouldn't want to wash your face with them.

Room was very clean. AC worked great. Water got really hot.

it’s right next to the highway so you could hear everyone drag racing all throughout the night. not the hotel’s fault though.

It would have been nice to have breakfast. With an early appointment, I had no time to walk somewhere to get something to eat, which lead me to have to wait until that afternoon to get food.

large parking lot, comfortable and clean bed, spacious room and relatively clean bathroom

in the evening there were a lot of people in the parking lot under the room windows, probably not hotel guests, it was quite noisy, fortunately they left after a few hoursthe floor in the room was very dirty, we got a room that did not match the description on tej website. The staff denied this until we showed them the description on the booking. com. I submitted a complaint to Booking and they accepted it without any problem
