Clean rooms

Very hard to find parking, had to pay $35.00 to park in the garage it’s ridiculous

Nice lounge area in the lobby, toiletries in the bathroom, lots of plug outlets in the room, wifi generally worked well.

Breakfast options were limited. I asked before arriving for gluten free options and asked again twice to staff at the front desk who reassured me they would order something in for me but it never happened. There was loud banging happening on the floor above me all week and when I asked the reception what was going on I was just told it was repairs and to basically deal with it, no apology or anything. The lift was also probably the slowest hotel lift I've ever encounted so be expected to wait. Swimming pool is also tiny and so shallow that you can barely swim.

It's cost extra to park in the parking garage but worth it! Rooms are spacious and very clean!

Location was great. Easy to get to downtown and other places. Our room was quite comfortable and very spacious. Everything worked well. Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. Oatmeal was quite thin :(

Our first room (321) seemed fine, at first, but there was a hum that was heard most in the seating area that really made it intolerable. We had a rather uncooperative interaction with the desk clerk (10/7 at 7pm) who initially denied hearing the hum, but finally agreed that she heard it and facilitated our room change to 419, which was excellent.We initially found it quite difficult to find the hotel because there is no signage on the street level, so it was impossible to know that we had arrived. Price for parking was quite steep considering the easy availability of street parking.

The pool is tiny. the pics in the advertisement make it seem like its normal size. its like a spa size. maybe a tad bigger. Also, there were a lot of homeless people outside the building.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean. Great location to where we needed to be. The complimentary breakfast had great options.

So clean, quiet, and refreshing for my family of 6 after a long day at Elitch Gardens. The breakfast was perfect for us as well! Plenty of options! Beds were comfortable, spacious for us (we had the 2 queen and sofa room). It even had a blacony that I was not expecting which was nice in the morning. The parking garage being directly below the hotel with security patroling ($30/per day to park there). We enjoyed our stay very much!

Not knowing the parking situation before hand. Im not talking about the $30/ day to park in the garage, it was just confusing when you arrive and you see "reserved" with a number on it. Nothing to make us not stay there again though. It very well could have told me about the parking on my reservation, but I didnt read it all either.

The property was nice and in a great location.

Front desk service was rude. We asked for towels and were told to come get them. Either that’s a staffing issue but quickly becomes a customer service issue.
