It was a nice hotel with nice employees and clean for the most part. The best part was breakfast. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've been too. One single employee worked the breakfast and he did fantastic! Keep everything stocked and clean.
Price was high for a hotel that needed a remodeling.

The room was spacious and clean. Quiet. The breakfast was huge and well done. Bravo, 3 cheers.The first clerk was very nice,
The carpets throughout the lobby were dirty. The area was very depressing and had many cracks addicts (were Law enforcement if you know, you know).

Hotel was great.Experience with Booking.com was TERRIBLE. They did not send the reservation to the hotel, so we did not have a room when we got there. Although the hotel found a way to accommodate us, my entire family spent approximately 2 hours in the lobby trying to work with Booking.com to get it straightened out.Booking.com eventually just had us cancel the reservation with them, to be refunded - which I'm STILL waiting on 5 days later - and rebook/repay for the rooms. They insisted that's the only thing they could do and refused to take responsibility for the error that obviously occurred on their side.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rate was affordable, the pool wasn't too bad.
The phone didn't work at all. The tv remote didn't work. There was visible signs of gross residue on things like the window, the phone, the alarm clock. The tv was from 2005, Just overall gross hotel.

The price and location of the hotel were excellent. One staff member even went out of his way to fix the pool!
The room was not cleaned properly. Breakfast wasn't the greatest and is not served until 7 am on the weekends.
