Great location, helpful staff, easy to park around the corner

They need curtains over the blinds to block light for people to sleep.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the kitchenette very well kitted out. The location is perfect for getting around center city, as its right next to Independence Hall.

There was, essentially, no way to hang up our bath towels after showering. Nor was there a place to put a towel for after washing our hands. Which is ridiculous in a hotel room costing $400-plus per night.

Beautiful hotel. Enjoy our stay. Hotel is in a great location. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable of the area. We had dinner and cocktails at the hotel and food was amazing.Can’t wait to come back!!

Very spacious apartments at a very nice location. Bed was comfortable and the view of the Rittenhouse Square was an amazing bonus.

Room service stars very late and end very early, the menu is small and one day I ordered oatmeal for breakfast as soon as the service started and they were out of it. Also it would be nice to have daily cleaning.

Everything! The location was great. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff was the best of all. Very friendly and London the doorman is my new best friend! We will definitely be back.

I have absolutely no complaints!

Large, clean, comfy room

The apartment was fantastic, very big and spacious. Modern looking, overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The room amenities were great, bed was comfortable. The television was modern and had all channels needed. Shower was great too. Staff were lovely and informative. I'd highly recommend the hotel, it's in a great area of Philadelphia.

The coffee machine was not near a plug socket so I had to move it to the floor where there was one lol

Staff who received us very polite and helpful. Accommodations was clean and well designed for our use.

Would have liked a powder room, access to room service could be more efficient and Manager on last day could be less abrupt when speaking to guests and more like the previous courteous Manager (Julie?). When I requested a late check out he said we had to pay the rate for half a day, but it would only give us an hour and a half more time which did not make sense.

The location is excellent. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Wister and his colleagues at the reception were very helpful, friendly and professional. The restaurant was also very good.

The chairs at the small dining table were a bit flimsy.
