location was great

The location was great. The staff was friendly

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom toilet was broken. No one ever came to fix it. I ended up having to fix it myself. The bathroom floor had a red smear on the wall and floor which was gross. The tub was not clean.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Bed was crazy hard, shower was leaking and entryway light into the room did not work. But it's a Holiday Inn. what do you want?

Rooms where clean

Only one elevator working had to wait for a long time. To get to my floor. Had to pay for breakfast. Parking was not enough had big truck parked in the motel parking places.

The receptionist when checking in telling us to go elsewhere because there was no room, and we booked on the app. Then, when showed, she gave us a room

Restrurant wasn’t open when it was supposed to be - employees tried to correct the situation.

Easy to find. Good location

It was under construction. Toilet flushed only haf of the time. No ice machine. No complimentary breakfast. The elevator shut onto my wheelchair bound husband and bloodied his arm. We will never go back!

Excellent Location. Nearby shopping and food. About 20 minutes from downtown. Friendly staff.

This hotel has no phone in the rooms. Also the walls are thin and we heard people in the room next to us and in the hallway. It was very loud as if they were in the room with us. We had to ask for a remote for the tv. Overall it could use a facelift.
