[Link Redacted] booked a twin room for a 1 night stay at 85.50 Euro and then received an email which said upgrade to a 3 bed room at 89.10 Euro so naturally we thought that the room would have more space so we upgraded. we checked in and was given a small twin bed room so questioned at reception regards the upgrade and was told that all rooms are the same size and that the upgrade would be to add another bed to the already small room. We had paid for an upgrade but didn't get anything different to what was originally booked. The air conditioning didn't work and the room was really hot. Between 10.45 and 11pm we were awoken by a group of young people who were loading metal bedframes into a van.These people seemed to live in the hotel and were not normal guests. Again we questioned the reception and was told that the hotel had had to move beds in an [Link Redacted] 11 o'clock at night we find this totally unacceptable. We didn't sleep for much of the night and left the hotel at 6.45am because we couldn't stand to be in the room any longer. We will never again book a Campanile hotel the service we received was rubbish.
