Nothing.

I fell on the way to check in and informed three members of staff. I had a cut on my forehead and complained about feeling dizzy but none if them were in the least interested. I thought it should be recorded in the accident book but again I was ignored. I had booked a double room but was give a room with twin beds. They agreed to move me but I was made to feel like a nuisance. The room was dated and not very clean . I even tried to book somewhere else but there was.nowhere available so we had to make the best of it. Unsurprisingly I will never return to this hotel.

Not much really Bathroom was ok room was clean

Breakfast was ok on the 1st morning, but toast was brought out 1st so after waiting for cooked breakfast toast was cold, 2nd morning no eggs and waited ages because there was no staff

Breakfast was good as was the size of the room

Hotel is closing down
