- The staff was bad.... We had a bad experience checking in. I informed them the day before our arrival that we would arrive by 1:00pm and an early check in would be helpful. We were coming out of state and needed to be at an event at 5:00pm. It would have been great to get into our room a little early to get ready. They made us wait until 4:00pm on the dot. We actually didn't get into our room until 4:20ish. I also requested a microwave for our room due to being on a special diet. Didn't happen until later that evening. I'm not the complaining type, I never respond to these.... but I was very frustrated with the lack of customer service.
