- The food was great. We asked about going to a local restaurant for Roti, and the young chef on premises cooked it for us. It was amazing. Very quiet at night, very comfortable bed. A nice patio with table, chairs & hammock. We had a great hike in the forest with Pieter, the owner. He checked on all of his guests every day. We were able to hike the trails at will even at night. The area had lots of birds & monkeys, and my favorite, lizards! A full, hearty breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, but also quiet and respectful when the guests were resting. Super-hot out but the ac was excellent and a nice pool for cooling off. I strongly recommend Hotel de Plantage for people who love nature but may want to stay closer to the city for ease of travel.
- Lovely quiet and beautiful setting next to an amazing forest with great walking opportunities, cozy huts and a very very welcoming owner who walked you around and took all his time to explain everything you wanted to know about the plants, species and the area.
- The environment was excellent and beautyfull The beds are verry good! The animals are enjoyable.

- I can't think of anything I would change!
- The stairway to therestaurant is not friendly to elderly people. The supplies in the cabin is poor! Like no glass or plates etc.
