The location
The staff are very rude and the room not very clean and the pillow smells looks like never change the sheets and the heater makes so much noises we couldn¿t sleep

The front desk staff where very efficient and friendly and explained where everything was. Even told us the easiest and quickest way to get to where we wanted to go. The pool is a decent size and it also has a hottub.
The room didn't have any magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, and the staff in the buffet where quite brisk in the way that they speak to people.

Location was good
Staff was uncooperative. The hotel charged for parking for one day but I arrived at 1am midnight and I was told to remove my car from parking lot in the morning. I requested the hotel for 1-2 hour of parking but they refused although parking was empty.
