it is good for a one day stop while you are traveling in the road but nothing more than that.
facilities were overused without any innovation for a quite long time.

Pool is great. Foodis acceptable,basic. It is clean.

Disappointing state of repair, wouldn't go out of your way
Staff were doing their very best, view of vineyards and olive trees by the pool were nice. Allowed to stay and use the decent sized pool after you check out. Near Lake Garda.
Everything really. It's pretty scrappy and in poor repair, our room had a broken off balcony tile that was sharp and dangerous, it said all the rooms have views but they definitely don't... was glad it was one night only, booked it for the pool, probably would have been state of the art in 1983, not been given a lot of love since?! One room's air con didn't work. Poky bathroom with no window and poor ventilation, grimy floor, loud useless fan etc. Breakfast had ok variety but not quality - classic big buffet style crap for tourists... Not 3 stars for sure!
