Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Hilton Vacation Club The Cove on Ormond Beach of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For security purposes, the property requires the credit card used to secure the reservation and a matching photo ID at check-in. Please note that this property can only accept service animals. Pets, therapy animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. A renovation project of all Suites and halls at The Cove on Ormond Beach is scheduled for June 1, 2023, with an anticipated end date of December 18, 2023. During the renovation, there will be limited parking, minor delays in elevator use and possible obstructed views due to elevators and cranes being used to move materials up and down the exterior of the building. Additionally, we anticipate increased noise levels associated with the construction occurring daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding. Please note that parking is limited to 1 parking space per room.
