- The breakfast was medium quality.
Cons -
- We received an apartment on a different location than the one mentioned in the reservation: it was in the village and not the nice hotel which appears on the site. So no nice view, no place for kids to run, 1 km away from the main building. The worst part: we reserved an apartment with 2 bedrooms with two double beds and a sleeping couch. We received a one bedroom apartment, without bed linen for the couch (no pillow, no nothing). There were no toiletries, as it was mentioned in the reservation. The restaurant closed at 20.00. At 20.01 when we arrived they could not offer us anything to eat. We basically got something completely different than what I reserved and paid for. I am very disappointed on the hotel, on how the staff treated us and how booking.com NOT handled the situation.
