Nice grounds in woods. Good life you like to hike.

Too many faults with the room. Drapes were almost sheer. Sun comes up before 6:09am here. Could not keep the room dark. Room was large but tv was 15 feet from bed and probably a 16” tv. Was hard to view. They set it on a desk instead of mounting it on the wall in front of the bed. The shower was so small you could not even turn around in the shower. Probably was 3’x2’. Terrible for such a big bathroom. Breakfast was only fair although they did have hot eggs and bacon. Orange juice came out of a machine.

The hotel is beautiful outside and in.The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.The rooms had adjustable temperaturesThe breakfast was reasonably good.

The pool was too cold to go in ( I tried) at 26°The steam room only takes 2 people so there's a queue every day and it's only open from 4pm.The rooms have no complementary tea and coffee facilties.

The hotel is located in nice and quite surroundings offering the option of spa and complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall fair value for money.

The facilities were quite rundown, the saunas very small, room equipment kept to minimum (you might need to ask for extra pillows and towels). Even though the hotel is located in a castle, it did not feel that luxurious.

Great old castle. Now using as a hotel. Nice and quiet located. Beautiful view from the terrace. Good and well tasting breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool in the hotel. Good choice of food for dinner.

Very good location: lovely view from the terrace and quite centrally situated in the island.Enjoyed the live music on the terrace on our last evening. Staff very helpful when we asked for a light meal quite late that evening.

We had dinner on the first evening. Service was very slow and the menu was really quite limited. As eating out opportunities in the immediate area are limited, this would have been a negative if we had decided we wanted to eat in every evening.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful; nestled in the woods, close to the water. The atmosphere was comfortable, serene, and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing get-away to enjoy the surrounding nature. The spa facilities were wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

There was nothing to dislike.

The building is very nice and well-maintained, quite in a forest area

The style is purposely „old style“, but the feeling in the room is too old-fashioned

The room is Souterrain felt a little like a dungeon. The rooms get incredibly hot at night without air-conditioning and the beds are not very comfortable. The bathrooms need renovation and upgrade.

Everything. The facilities, the location, the food, the service, the housekeeping, the rooms, the convinient parking, breakfast, the setting. Everything was well done. Will come again.

The service employees during breakfast time are really friendly people and try to please their customers. Nice, to get a fresh atmosphere early in the morning.

Some of the employees (dinner-time) appear artificially and over-friendly ... but are snooty!They try to have the last word.

The breakfast was phenominal! We loved that our corgi was welcomed on the trip. It was also super helpful that the information was provided to us in English as well as we are currently learning German.

It was a bit far from the rest of the attractions on the island, but the breakfast really made it worth it!

Amazing location and the facilities. It is true epic castle with breathtaking views. Everything was woow!

I think I simply fell in love with this Hotel. This is something you don't find every day. And especially during off-season this is a nice cosy place to wind down, get your mind free - like I did. I for sure will return, even for a spontaneous weekend getaway trip.

The best and service minded staff and a lovely place to visit.
