- It was clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice location. I was also able change my room from a single King bed - 2 room suite to a Queen 2bed - 2 room suite very easily at no extra charge.

- The Air Conditioning could have Been A LOT Better than it was. We had the room set on 64 to try to cool it off, but it NEVER got below 69... so I was hot and uncomfortable majority of night.

I used to love to stay at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. They went from 10 star rating down to maybe 3-4. I was very disappointed with my stay,
Having to pay for parking 🤬 2 drink limit for happy hour. Embassy is not going to go bankrupt with a 3-4 limit. BREAKFAST should not get more than 1 star. My grown son COULD NOT cut up his cold, hard as a rock(oven baked) frozen waffles 🤬
