Very quite location and surrounded by greenery.Very polite and helpful ladies at reception.

There should be provision for electric kettle and microwave oven as common facilities.

It was not clean, We stay 3 days but nobady come to clean the room.

A kind person who answered the phone and tried to explain everything.

Everything else! Booking.com gave me the option to pay at the hotel, but the reception is not working even though there is information that it is working. There are no curtains on the window, the room is very dirty, the wardrobe door is broken, the light bulbs do not work. I use hotel accommodation in Germany once a week, but I have not experienced anything like this yet. And the price is in the range of a three-star hotel.

I don’t like anything about the place nothing in the room it’s Moore like empty the reception always closed you don’t have access to the key box when you book the hotel, they send you a code to open the key box but the code never works. You have to ring them. Stay on the line for an hour then they give you a new code to unlock the key box and get your key for the room I paid €80 and I stayed there 4 hours. Just to get the keys I ring them 3 times. I asked them to help me the reception was closed. I don’t know how to get my keys. They never give me the key after long waiting. I left the place I booked another hotel. This place is disgusting. Very rude pupil they never feel liability. The reception always close everything is broken. Very bad experience. I never recommended to anyone. Please don’t go there ever.

The reception always closed the customer service on the phone. They don’t speak good English they don’t understand you. They are not helping you. I booked a hotel. I paid for a when they when I ring them to give me the keys for my room. They said you are not on the list. We cannot give you the keys. This is what they said to me. I paid for the room as well very bad experience I’ll never go back there again. They make me book another hotel spent about another €150.

Location, parking on site, room size, nice bathroom, nice park and restaurant across the road. Very tasty bread rolls

Broken bed, poor quality mattress, dirty net curtain and windows. I had to ask another guest how to check in as no-one in reception at 8pm. The room next to a very noisy road (shutters helped). Breakfast - I had to ask for more food as there was hardly anything left. The choice of food was not brilliant

We only have booket and stay 1 night Nobody in der reception, No code for the key box, and the breakfast room was closed boted before an after 8 a.m.Have to make a phone call to get the most necesarry information, suhc as room number Couldn't Pay om the site, as we nerver found any staff between 9,15 p. m. and 8,15 a. m.

Dirty, unkept, cheap and nasty! This accomodation is most likely the worst I have stayed in in Europe.

The first morning we had to pull our own breakfast out of the fridges, nothing was ready 45 mins after the supposedly start time of breaksfast; no staff on premisses. On the second day, absolutely no breakfast. What a depressing horrible "hotel" I have stayed in better youth hostels!

Price and travel distance from my work place - long distance worker.

When i arrived late at night at hotel location I was unable to check in due to problems with booking app. Reservation was confirmed,change of arrival time was confirmed too, but after calling personel on phone number for check in I was told that my reservation can't be found and hotel is at full capacity so I need to cancel my reservation in order to get my money back. I can only hope that my claim for reservation storno and also storno for cancelation fee will be aproved. Cancelation Is not free. Its hard to find hotel that can check you in after 22:00 at reasonable price... first time this situation happened to me ?

Cheap easy to get to and parking space in front of ur room.

I booked a 3 person room one being my son 9 years old room only had two single beds as we got there late wasn't anyone around to sort out he just got in bed together.

There was no one there when we arrived or the following day. The bathroom needed a total refurbishment, the shutter was broken and held up by a piece of wood. TV did not work.

Breakfast was Ok with all you might need for a nice breakfast.There is a wide parking and the access to the property is easy.

The room and building itself is old and could be better maintained.

I checked in, looked at the room and walked out again. Booked another hotel.This is the worse place I have ever seen. Maybe I expect to much. But this was not a hotel that I would book for my employees.

Being able to park outside the room

Unfortunately it was not very clean, the pillows were old and falling apart and the bedding was dirty. We both itched all night and the mattress was uncomfortable too.
