The rooms were cleaned daily. The front desk staff were great! They went above and beyond for our check-in and providing options for things to do in the city over the long holiday weekend.

The location was a good downtown location. The bed was comfortable.
The snacks were very overpriced and the chips were expired didn’t realize until we were eating them. They cost $7 for an extremely small bag. This location did not match up to the other Aloft hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was small and you do not get a view of the city.

Clean room, spotless bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet stay minus the AC. Love the fact that there are no pet fees.
The air conditioning blew incredibly loudly during the day on and off at short regular intervals and didn’t appear adjustable from our room. We could have phoned the front desk, but chose not to inquire. Then in the night, the intervals lengthened and the small room became quite hot.

The location was great, very easy to find.
I think the staff on front desk can be a little more sympathetic, like they didn’t point out room or ask if we understood about the breakfast. but the bar was amazing very nice guy.

Great for a quick stay. Located near all walk to City center, China town, Rittenhouse. Good value for a king bed and comfortable, with a nice view on the top floors . Staff is nice. Also, good parking garage is available and Valley parking if needed easy to pull up in front of the hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location for activities at the Philadelphia convention center and Reading terminal market. The lobby has a bar and food menu. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed.

Great location, decent bar food, pool table and lounge area.
The bathrooms in the lobby were very dirty. Most stalls were clogged. Toilet paper on floor and no paper towels. The tables in the lobby very dirty. Main areas were very unclean. Rooms are very, very small.
