- Very friendly and efficient staff attention to detail even had a hand written note to welcoming me in my room very personal touch my daughter was impressed also
- The staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast and pool
- Many things. Views of the city in the room, cleanness, provided gym, pool, breakfast & parking, transportation (SkyTrain), mall is good too. Many good things, even if it?s not downtown Vancouver. It?s a fantastic hotel.

- Nothing bad. Only thing I wish in breakfast room they can adjust is syrup for pancake. It?s mostly American syrup, which I understand it?s an American hotel in Burnaby, Canada. Hope in future they?ll use Canadian maple syrup like authentic Canadian.
