Hotel Kaiserhof Wesel

The hotel was easy to find by car and there was enough parking. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, though on the first morning the coffee had run out (the builders drink it) and on the 2nd day we had to ask for the eggs to filled.

When we arrived the coffee, sugar and milk in the room were empty. Ee showed the cleaner who provided 4 coffee pods and nothing else.

We stayed here before. A few years ago it was OK, but it has declined badly. The place is now shabby and there was construction ongoing in the former restaurant.

Run down hotel in run down town. The facilities are poor, the hotel is dated, nylon sheets on bed (1970 style) and curtains that are not wide enough for the room, so no privacy.

Good breakfast good location. Safe bike storage

Very helpful and friendly reception. Separate lockable garage for bicycles. Very short walking distance to good bars and restaurants. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.

Good hotel with a carpark now only a b&b with no restaurant. Comfy place to stay good location easy to find .

They let dogs stay and one came down the corridor and attacked me not on a lead it took the owner ages to grab it .I reported it to reception but she didn't seem to know which room the dog was in .I asked for the manager but was told I could not contact him till 15.30 by which time I was in europort.

Stayed here before so knew everything would be good .safe free carpark good room good breakfast and staff friendly .disappointed that the bar and restaurant is now closed .

Dated hotel that could do with some TLC but the room was fine. Convenient location. Fine for one night stay while bike touring. The Wifi was very slow, basically useless

On a cycle holiday. Put bikes on a garage. Rooms very large. Bathroom big with bath & shower. Very clean. Shower water good. Breakfast, buffet style & very nice. No traffic noise at night.

Shame their restaurant is closed at the moment. Liked everything else.

Was concerned at the lack of mattress protector on bed, room was tired, bulbs missing from lamps, stains on carpets

The hotel is easy to find, has good car parking space and is very close to the centre of Wesel.

Old ish building. Quite basic in what it can offer. Rooms were small and small bathroom too.

Stayed here a few times good hotel to stay with a good carpark .I stay on route from europort to southern Germany. Good room and a good breakfast.

Location is perfect, near town. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is also great

Location is great. Majority of the staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast crew were friendly and the food/offerings were perfect for us. My room was nice and large with room to move around.

Only negative thing that I feel I need to say is that the older man working the restaurant should find some other form of work. He was proficient in that we received our orders but he has zero people skills. Maybe there is a language difference but I could not be sure because he did not speak. He took orders while looking anywhere but at you. When we asked for the bill he just left for some time. Then we told someone else and some minutes later he returned to process our bills.I know I am very short fused so afterwards told my friend that I was not happy with the guy at all but maybe it was all me. My friend is pretty laid back and comfortable with people things...-- His reply was that it was not just me!** Meal was great for both of us (Boss steak and Salmon) so no complaints/suggestions there!!

Toilets in the bathroom. The hotel is quite outdated, old.

Hotel is very goog located in the center of Wesel with some Restaurant options around. Good breakfast. The room I had was big and bed was confortable.

The entry Hall looks dark. The carpets seems old/used and therefor have a smell.

Large double bed " was two single beds pushed together, but with two single quilts!

Stayed here before so knew everything would be perfect.good parking good location good room and good food . host's were friendly and helpful.i paid for a single room but got a super big twin room with a balcony.will stay again when in the area .
