- This time, on 16th floor, shower water pressure was poor, and there was lots of noise from other room’s water running during showers.
- No
- Heat and cooling system needed to be fixed first night and the tub had a major leak and flooded the bathroom. These issues were quickly repaired and the rest of the stay was excellent.

Location to El Centro and quality of hotel

Location, smoking lounge at lobby bar and great staff.
