Pros +
- The room on the water. Very peaceful! Location is great. So close to all the best restaurants and shops on 5th Ave.
- I liked that you got 2 bottles of water for your room. Staff was quick to bring needed items to our room-hair dryer, soap, washcloths.
- pretty view out back by the pool and the breakfast!
Cons -
- I would have liked a close-up mirror to pull out in the bathroom. I would have liked the bar open later than 10:00 on weekends.
- The room was rather dirty, the a/c not working properly, (the control in the room was not working, and the breakfast area was very small and very crowdy.
- Breakfast area is chaotic so i'd have someone hanging out there just to help w questions n un supervised kids etc. not cleaning just to help out! and make sure towels are stocked at the pool! twice there was none!
