Hôtel Le Château Fort is a unique medieval fortress located in Sedan. It offers soundproofed rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom, cable TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served daily and the restaurant La Principauté. The Restaurant serves gastronomic cuisine. in 2024, there are building works outside of the hotel, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience it may cause. Free on-site parking is available at the Chateau Fort (in the courtyard from 7pm to 10 am, and outside of the castle all day long)

- The restaurant was excellent,lots of parking for Motos.
- The outside of the property is very grand looking with a pretty patio area dotted with tables and chairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Charlotte on reception and the restaurant staff who did their very best to speak English to us.
Cons -
- Room window very small ,I guess castle had small windows.
- Inside there is little reflection to its history. Everything is modern and very commercial more in keeping with an Ibis! The food was well cooked but lacking flavour and colour. My husbands smoked fish had lots of small bones in it. Breakfast was a great disappointment. It was buffet-style with delicious bread but everything else was very average including some pale fatty bacon which looked most unappealing.
