Marriott's Grand Chateau

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms and in the middle of the strip so very handy and close to everything. Two pools, 3 spas. Activity room with daily activities- these used to be free for the timeshare owners but they now charge (which is a shame!). Staff are great- all very helpful and polite. Great to have a kitchen

It is a little expensive

Super comfy bed in a spacious studio room which was well designed and had all the facilities you would need. We had two minor issues in the room when we arrived and the engineer had solved the issues within 1 hour, excellent service. Sky bar had fantastic views and a mostly adult pool with free towels and water. Fast lifts, very central location, all photos and previous reviews were accurate.

Reception and marketing staff were professional but we felt a little too robotic and process driven, they just had to get the job done, they didn't make us feel like they cared or were that friendly, that is why we have given a 9 and not a 10. Room was a little dated, but we were expecting that from the previous reviews.

Even we are told there is room cleaning service every other day they only laid the bed of one of the two bedrooms of the suite

Location, spacious, big and renovated rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Relatively cheap parking (15 usd a day). On the strip.

Pools are extremely tiny and disappointing for the size of this hotel. The parking is via free valet only which is a bit tedious and time consuming for getting the car out each time.

Hotel staff were polite, smiling and kind. I felt safe because the security guards desk at the way to the guest elevator. The guards were monitoring.

These are the reasons I chose this hotel:- It has a microwave. I need it for my tea and some frozen treats.- Close to the Las Vegas Strip. We can walk there and get what we need (food, medicines, etc).- Not too close to the airport or the Strip, so we don't need to worry about the noise at night and can have a good rest.I have no complaint about our room. It was spacious for the three of us, and it met our needs. The staff was helpful as well. We felt welcomed when we arrived here after a long flight. The Wi-Fi is free and good, too. It's worth the money we paid.

Our room was near the pool, so it wasn't quiet in the afternoon: music and people were chatting. This wasn't the staff's fault, as I should have asked beforehand. Besides, if you spend an entire day outside, the noise from the pool wouldn't be a problem. It's just that I was tired and wanted to get a brief rest before heading out at night, and thus noticed it.

Great location to the strip and topgolf. Very walkable. Good to have two pool options although small for larger groups like ours. Room “the villa” slept 12 comfortably with a great communal space. Comfortable. Room to decorate for a bachelorette party. Helpful with location two rooms together also! Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great hotel for large groups and quieter with no casino which really suited our group. Overall a great location for a large bachelorette

Only issue we had was no cleaners in the room to collect garbage, towels were collected every 2nd day which meant for a 4 day trip we only had one towel change due to checking out on last day. We requested more which the hotel accommodated. No garbage collection was not ideal!

The room and living area are nicely done and spacious. All needed amenities are available. The staff is courteous and responsive. The hotel has various activities for the day which are free of charge. The location is at the most happening place and lots of restaurants and supermarket option nearby. Bellagio fountains are at a walking distance.
